For now, early-access requests and inquiries start with an email. Here’s what that means for your information.
What information do we receive?
The email links on this website open your own email app. Clicking one does not submit a form or add you to a list. If you send us a message, we receive your email address, the message and any other information you choose to include. Please leave out payment details and sensitive identity documents.
How do we use your message?
We use your message to respond to your inquiry or handle the early-access request you make. An early-access request does not open a payment account, guarantee an invitation or move any money. Contact us if you would like to stop hearing from us about early access.
Which services handle your information?
Your email is handled through the email providers involved in sending and receiving it. Our website host also processes technical request information to deliver the site. This version has no website signup database, advertising trackers, and it does not set application cookies.
How can you make a privacy request?
For an early-access opt-out, a correction, access to your information or a deletion request, email inquiries@maplepay.com. If you contacted us through an earlier version of the site, use the same address to ask about that information.
What will change when MaplePay launches?
MaplePay is still in development. Payment services will have their own terms and privacy information, available before you use them. The product previews on this website are illustrative.
